At Decca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
